Intel Python on a Mac, including Rosetta on Apple Silicon, lacked a matching runtime wheel and could fail while compiling from source even with the documented package index. The PAW index now provides Intel Mac wheels with Metal support and the missing Python 3.8 and Windows 3.14 wheels. Installation still uses the documented
--extra-index-url.Prepare SDK 0.4.10 with Python 3.8–3.14 metadata and installation guidance, automated runtime builds, Windows runtime DLL checks, and native installation CI across Linux, Windows, and both Mac architectures. Runtime builds verify offline Standard and Compact inference with cold and reloaded prefix caches.
Validation: all 10 runtime build jobs passed their installation, native-load, and offline inference checks in run 35674330572. The 11 published runtime wheels include the upstream Apple Silicon Python 3.8 wheel.
All 11 published wheels passed public pip-selection and SHA-256 checks. The 43 release-metadata tests passed. The SDK wheel and source archive match their explicit file allowlists; comparison with 0.4.9 shows only the approved version, compatibility metadata, and changelog changes.
